Although gradients have been used to take footwear designs to the next level, the multicolored fade effect has been channeled by the Nike Air Max Plus since its debut in 1998. Following a citrusy, white-and-orange gradient pair that had emerged recently, a GS-exclusive Nike Air Max Plus Sale has just been revealed to exhibit a sweet “Cherry-White/Burgundy’ colorway.
During its early days, the Nike Air Max Plus Women enjoyed its status as a cult favorite with much of its success taking place overseas. The model has since become a fan-favorite worldwide, distinguishing itself from other Nike models via its TPU caged overlays inspired by palm trees and ocean waves. An upcoming pair, however, swaps out the iconic plastic lines for simple taping for a stealthy look topped with reflective detailing.
Far removed from the vibrant gradient of its inaugural “Hyper Blue” colorway, uppers on the forthcoming pair boast pristine “White” makeups; palm tree-inspired TPU overlays throughout the mesh base following
suit. Nike Air Max Plus Men “AIR”-branded badges on the tongue also blend into their “colorless” surroundings, as do the whale tale-shaped shank and accompanying midsole underfoot. Tuned Air units at the heel feature an opaque finish, but don’t deviate much from the rest of the shoe’s aesthetic. Nike Air Max Plus Cheap contrast, “Tn AIR” logos on the heel, sock-liner and outsole maintain their original yellowish flair, driving the summer-readiness home.
