I am trying to integrate ServiceNow with OneLogin (not for SSO) for a custom integration where in the user's phone number (manually provided in ServiceNow Virtual Agent) will be matched from the phone number available in OneLogin. How can this integration be achieved using REST APIs? Any help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

We are implementing the SAP Contact Center Chat functionality for our requirement, however we are planning to create the chat client in the salesforce system, for this we want to use Visitor chat client application and we want to embed the Visitor Chat client application URL in the Salesforce application, please advise is it right approach or not? And the second doubt I have is how to secure the chat client application in this scenario? Please provide some idea’s. Thanks

I am tring to build reports in salesforce which need around 30 filters to be applied. Salesforce has a limit of 20 filters as per first row of this page - https://help.salesforce.com/apex/HTViewHelpDoc?id=limits_analytics_per_edition.htm&language=en_US Apart from writing these reports in apex/visulforce from scratch, is there any other alternative to workaround this limit?
